Service Delivery: Our social media management services include content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking for your selected platforms. We will work with you to establish a schedule for weekly or monthly deliverables based on your specific needs.
Client Collaboration: We require client approval on content before publication to ensure alignment with your brand’s voice. Failure to approve content in a timely manner may result in delays.
Service Delivery: Strategy calls are designed to provide targeted business advice and solutions. These calls are scheduled upon your request, with a minimum notice period of 48 hours required.
Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule calls up to 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled unless a valid reason is provided.
Service Delivery: Our launch support services include strategic planning, technical setup, and execution assistance. We will provide a detailed timeline tailored to your launch needs, with regular updates to ensure everything is on track.
Turnaround Time: Depending on the scope of the launch, initial support plans and timelines will be delivered within 5-10 business days of the project start date.
Client Responsibilities: To ensure the successful execution of your launch, we require prompt feedback, necessary information, and approval on key decisions and materials.
Service Delivery: Mentorship calls are held bi-weekly and focus on personalized business guidance and growth strategies. Clients will be notified in advance of scheduled call times.
Rescheduling Policy: Calls can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Missed calls without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Payment: Payment for all services is due in full before the commencement of any project or service. We accept a wide variety of payment methods, including bank transfer and all major credit cards.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Communication: All communications regarding your project will be managed through Slack or a designated project management system. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
